What is the dashboard
The dashboard is a hub for clients to use Movem, and gives you access to... everything.
Examples of what can be done in the dash
To get an up-to-date list of what features are available in the dashboard, visit our marketing site or speak to an account manager. However, here are a few examples of the kinds of thing you can do directly from the dashboard:
- Invite new applicants to complete a reference.
- View reports and download PDFs.
- View your invoices and billing.
- Change core account details.
- Access your API keys.
- View analytics of how well your account is performing.
Updates on a reference
Using the dashboard you will be able to see the status of every application you have. It will update in real time.
How to log in
To log into your account, go here, or click 'login' on the top right of our website.
We've all been there... you've forgotten your password, you can't remember if it's ''Pinky6'' or ''Pinky6!''. Oh, maybe it's your other password: 'ApeMan60'.
Don't worry, you can reset your password any time through our log in process. If you get really stuck, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Custom branding within the dashboard
We do not offer in-product custom branding for the dashboard, because this is something only you — our client — sees. No applicant should ever see the dashboard, and you should not be giving access to the dashboard to anybody outside of your organisation.
We do custom brand our form, which is what the applicants do see.
Learning to use the dashboard
We strongly believe that the best way to learn about a service is by using it yourself. Instead of sitting through long powerpoint presentations or conference calls, we'll just put the product in your hands and let you see what's new. 🤲
When logging into the dashboard, you will sometimes see new stuff. Whenever we add new features, or move things around, we'll educate you within the product itself.
Let's all spend less time on the phone, and more time building our businesses.
In our dashboard you're able to resend an application invite — for example if the applicant has lost the original email.
There is no additional charge for resending the same invitiation.
