Only email when required

Let's be clear on a general rule: without our client's explicit permission, we will not contact the applicant for marketing purposes.

We do send some system emails however. These include:

  • Invitation to complete the reference (only from dashboard).

  • Automated Feefo emails to gather reviews of our system (when explicitly approved).

  • Contact selling tenant's insurance (when explicitly approved).

  • Requesting more information if some parts of the reference were not completed sufficiently (this only happens during the hybrid process).

System emails, not marketing

Whenever we send a system email, for example the invitation to complete a reference, we keep those emails to a specific function. For example:

  • Keep content concise and actions clear.
  • Links to learn more about Movem.

Things we don't do in our system emails: ๐Ÿคจ

  • Cross-sell without client's consent.
  • Advertise any other products or services.
  • Ask the applicant to sign up to a mailing list.
